Duties

The Quality Assurance Analyst will perform quality acceptance testing and monitoring of software and data products for the securities industry. This role will coordinate testing efforts with various groups and assist in creating, documenting, and implementing quality processes at multiple stages in the cycle. This person will also serve as a backup to handle high-level user support requests, investigate and isolate suspected product defects in utilities, and install their interactions with supported operating systems, programming languages, and 3rd party software.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional quality assurance experience with the securities brokerage industry required
• Experience with and strong working knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating systems
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree required
