As Sara Joseph has over fifteen years of hands-on experience in application development, networking, change management, and quality assurance working in various banking, finance, healthcare, education, and eCommerce systems. As a lead to her teams, she has evolved manual testers into automation engineers adapting DevOps into DevTestOps challenging the traditional testing pyramid within her organizations. Through launching communities of practice (CoPs), peer to peer working models, and recognizing transferrable skills in others, she is a highly collaborative software quality leader. Sara holds certifications as a Microsoft MCP, CSQA, Scrum Master, and LSS Green Belt with a passion to mentor and empower software testers as recognized and significant contributors
